Celebrity real estate power couple Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick have cut the asking price of their 20 East 10th Street from $22 million (which it was re-listed for back in September) to $19.95 million. Though the 25-foot-wide, seven-fireplace home, which the couple renovated but apparently never lived in, was asking as much as $25 million at one point, it now veers dangerously close to the $19 million they paid in 2011. It's already looking like Parker and Broderick are resigned to take a loss (factoring in renovation and closing costs) on the property. How much of a loss remains to be seen.
