Last week a Bushwick church hopped on the bandwagon and sold off all of its properties to a developer for the sum of $2.98 million. Now, as if it was really a mystery, 'Stoner reveals what's coming to the lots: a rental building. The development will engulf Calvary Spanish Pentecostal Church's main hall at 112-116 Suydam Street between Myrtle and Central avenues as well as a parking lot that covers five neighboring lots. Manatus Development Group plans on erecting an 80/20 rental building with a dedicated 22,000-square-feet on the building's first two floors for the church. 'Stoner reports Manatus will assume the churches operating expenses.
