Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.
A few short blocks south of Lena Dunham's newly purchased $4.8 million Brooklyn Heights condo, this prewar "studio suite" is available for a mere $315,000, a mere 6.5 percent of what Dunham paid (and offering about one third as many rooms). And while it doesn't feature a Great Room with rows of windows, it does have a little foyer that can be used as an office and a " main room ... large enough to accommodate separate areas for sleeping and lounging." So that's pretty good, too.
