UWS Rental-to-Condo Conversion Debuts From $620,000

Name/Location: 175 West 95th Street
Developer: 175 West 95 Owner LLC
Architect: WASA/Studio A
Size: 27 stories, 226 apartments
Prices: $620,000 through $2.1 million
Sales & Marketing: Corcoran Group Marketing

The rental-to-condo conversion at 175 West 95th Street launched sales this week, bringing six of its 226 condos onto the market. The conversion isn't shaking up the layout of the building too much—only three rentals are being absorbed into condos or amenity space bringing the building's apartment count down from 229 to 226. The development will have a mix of studio to three-bedroom apartments, most with private outdoor space, asking between $620,000 and $2.1 million. The building will have a 10,000-square-foot indoor/outdoor amenity space on the building's second floor that will include a landscaped terrace, kid's play room, fitness area, and lounge. In the conversion, the building's entrance was moved from Amsterdam Avenue to West 95th Street.
