Master Instagram revealer Fredrik Eklund has taken to the medium once more to show off the first interior renderings from 204 Forsyth Street, the ground-up development overtaking the former lot of Nativity Mission School on the Lower East Side. The seven-story, 11-apartment residential building is being developed by Charles Saulson of Bowery misfortune fame. Eklund indicates that sales in the building will be "launching soon."
