Harlem's 125th Street has seen a surge of development action this year, with the latest coming from Greystone & Co., which recently purchased a group of properties at 69-75 East 125th Street between Park and Madison Avenues. The developer plans to build 75 apartments (market rate and affordable), with ground floor retail. The site is across the street from the ODA-designed, 682-unit 1800 Park avenue, and two blocks away from the future Whole Foods. [WSJ]
