Check Out the Interiors and Amenities of LIC's New Rental

New, 5 comments

The latest addition to Long Island City's Purves Street is being constructed at "warp speed," and now thanks to architecture and interior design firm Durukan Design, we have the first look inside the 284-unit rental building. The amenity spaces looks pretty tricked out, and according to materials sent by Durukan, they have a "circle-inspired concept," which means, uh, there are lots of circles. And orb-lovers rejoice, as the circular theme continues in the units through the "finishes and design" (that kitchen looks pretty square, but let's not split hairs).

As of last week, the building's facade was being installed, and it should top out next month. It's supposed to be complete in "winter 2017."
