In July, a judge dismissed a lawsuit brought by investors against the managers of the Empire State Building, but now those investors have filed a new lawsuit, still claiming that the Malkins defrauded them by taking the landmark skyscraper public. The suit alleges that "the Malkins schemed to 'usurp power, revenue and ultimately the building itself," from its owners by issuing false and misleading statements to gain investors' consent.'"
