Developer SANBA recently announced plans to build 20 attached townhouses in Red Hook, at numbers 109 through 125 on King Street and and 74 through 85 on Sullivan Street. According to YIMBY, who got a look at the permits, the townhouses will top out at three stories and spread across at least 52,000 square feet of space, with firm Jeffrey Cole Architects (the characters behind Madison Square Park's Whitman building) designing the project. Per the official site, the project will "[blend] into the fabric of Red Hook," though details are currently scarce. [YIMBY]
