The 11 Most Mouthwatering New York City Floorplans of 2014

New, 11 comments

It's time to make up a bunch of awards and hand them out to the most deserving people, places and things in the real estate, architecture and neighborhood universes of New York City! Yep, it's time for the 11th Annual Curbed Awards!

The new crop of superluxury megatowers in Midtown has produced some pretty incredible floorplans, not least of which are the penthouse units in record-setter 432 Park Avenue. The full-floor apartments from the 91st to the 96th floors, asking around $80 million apiece, total 8,255 square feet with seven full baths, two powder rooms, libraries, wood-burning fireplaces, and private elevator landings, made all the more impressive when you consider that they're over a thousand feet in the air. Here now, 10 more of the top floorplans from the past year, which all cost roughly the same amount as a private jet.
