PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from a listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: Two-bedroom, two-bathroom in a prewar co-op building in the East 80s, west of Third Avenue
Maintenance: $1,838

Highlights of this two-bedroom co-op include the high ceilings, and the built-in shelving and wood-burning fireplace in the living room, which is large enough to comfortably accommodate a grand piano, couch, coffee table, and desk. The kitchen, which includes a separate eating area, could probably use some updating, however. How much do you think it's asking?
