It's been a tumultuous few months for 190 Bowery. It's reportedly been sold to Aby Rosen's RFR Realty (some saying the sale netted owner Jay Maisel over $50 million), with Rosen pretty much instantly putting the building back on the market. Now, an offering for the building has surfaced along with a graffiti-free rendering. From the offering: "...the end result will change the landscape of the Bowery for years to come and will be a project unmatched in the price premiums it obtains." To echo much of New York's sentiments over the transformation of one of the Bowery's last vestiges of grittiness, UUGHH. [BB; previously]
