Department of Buildings rules now require developers to post onsite building renderings, but do they specify that the renderings have to be of the building that's actually being built at that site? Well, probably, but if not, developer Natan Vinbaytel has stumbled upon a great loophole because this construction fence rendering at 67 Avenue C is definitely not of a seven-story, seven-unit building with ground-floor retail and an address that starts with "67." Also, the real 67 Avenue C has a laundromat on its right. Other than that, though, it's a very nice rendering.
