This carriage house at 327 Vanderbilt Avenue in Fort Greene isn't exactly habitable at the moment, but given the right renovation it looks like it could be something special. The Elliman listing includes a couple of speculative plans, which rely heavily on rows of shrubbery and glassy additions, but hopefully whoever ends up buying the place can come up with something that actually takes its cues from the house's existing character. The carriage house is asking a hefty $2.1 million.
