The LCOR-developed 250 North 10th Street, which is now going by the name 250N10, has revealed pricing details to the Daily News—studios will start at $2,600/month and cost up to $3,600/month, with 2BRs asking as much as $6,300. One of the developers says that more than 500 people have already expressed interest.
The building's 234 studio, 1BR and 2BR apartments, which will be ready for occupancy in the spring, have yet to officially hit the market, but there is a website on which prospective renters can "step into Williamsburg culture" and "register to become a VIP." The website also includes an exterior rendering that looks quite a bit lighter and more inviting than it does in real life. Amenities in 250N10 include a 24-hour attended lobby, gym, cafe with coffee bar, and WiFi in all the common areas.
