GOWANUS—Community Board 6 has received word from the Army Corps of Engineers that they are reviewing a long-lost application for a dredging permit for the north end of the Gowanus Canal submitted by the City's Department of Environmental Protection. The permit seeks to allow clean up efforts to remove the squalid mucus that coats the Superfund site. Comments on the public notice are due by February 27th. [CurbedWire Inbox; previously]

MIDTOWN—We already known that 22 Central Park South offers the amenity of personal shopping and consulting from Bergdorf Goodman's for building occupants, but now, buildings reps are announcing a further partnership with the luxury department store: owners have the option of working with Bergdorf Goodman's top Decorative Home stylists and designers to decorate their "dream home." To persuade buyers into using this service, 22 CPS is showcasing a "truly inspired" model residence "curated" with accessories and art from the department store. You know, to provoke all the extra vision needed for a space like that. [CurbedWire Inbox; previously]
