How Much For a Long, Thin, Renovated 1BR in Park Slope?

New, 56 comments

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 1BR/1BA in a Park Slope co-op half a block from the park
Square Footage: 750
Maintenance: $574

This third-floor, floor-through co-op recently received a renovation and now the listing boasts of its "plentiful windows" and "excessive closet space." Both of those might be a bit of stretch, but the does appear to be fairly well-lit, and one of the two closets is pretty big. The kitchen features a dishwasher and there's a bay window in the bedroom. The building also allows pets. So, how much do you think this place is asking for?
