The guesses poured in for this week's Pricespotter, a third-floor co-op half a block from Prospect Park in Park Slope. And, for the most part, those guesses way overshot the mark—it took 14 comments before someone even guessed too low. In the end, anonymous commenter no. 51 came the closest to the actual asking price of $515,000 with his or her very succinct guess of "500K." This reveal should mollify some of the commenters who were raging about what they assumed would be a way-too-high price, and excite commenter no. 38, who said, "If this is less than 600K, I'm putting in an offer."
