Flyers Owner Ed Snider Lists Gramercy Park Pad for $8.75M

New, 5 comments

Philadelphia Flyers owner Ed Snider is hoping to dump his Gramercy Park three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom pied-à-terre with park key for $8.75 million without chasing after buyers, NYDN reports. The apartment's undergone a full renovation, led by Ernest de la Torre, since Snider's $7 million purchase of the 50 Gramercy Park North pad in 2011. In addition to the butterfly and cocoon-themed decor, this home comes with a few quirky perks—electronic drawers in the sycamore wood walk in closet (what even are those?), and owners have access to some amenities at the nearby Gramercy Park Hotel including fitness center memberships and room service.
