Actress Holly Hunter Lists Charming Village Co-op for $8.7M

New, 12 comments

Oscar-winning actress Holly Hunter—who has notably appeared in The Piano, The Firm, and Thirteen—has put her 43 Fifth Avenue pad on the market for $8.7 million, Real Estalker reports. That's over twice as much as Hunter bought the joint for from Julia Roberts in 2005 ($4.1 million, if you want to know.) The well-pedigreed 3,000-square-foot corner apartment with three bathrooms can be configured to hold up to five bedrooms, or three bedrooms with a study and a sitting room. The apartment features intricate molding, some paneling, touches of stained glass, and a fireplace. The lower Fifth Avenue building, constructed in 1905, is in the Beaux Arts style.
