GOWANUS & BOERUM HILL—The Department of Transportation has proposed a new bike lane on an 18-block street of Bond Street between Third and Schermerhorn streets. The lane would be Class III, which means that it could be used by both bikes and cars. The DOT will unveil details at a February 20 Community Board 6 meeting. [DNAinfo]
