Welcome to Cornerspotter, Curbed's game in which you try to identify the location and/or identity of a particular building or streetscape in a historic photograph. Impress us and your fellow Curbed readers with your uncanny insight into New York City and its past!

This building served as one plant in a larger operation that took up most of the whole block, but has since been razed to make room for a neighborhood essential. The industry this building served was very popular in New York at the turn of the twentieth century, but nowadays the industries larger manufacturers have mostly moved out of New York City (some may argue a resurgence.) The plant this building belonged to suffered a similar fate to many others in the early 20th century. Where is this, and to what brand did this building belong?
