Sales of 199 Mott Street, the new eight-story residential building designed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects, is expected to launch in late spring. The building, developed by Alfa, consists of half-floor two-bedroom homes and full-floor three-bedroom homes. The site is hoping to gain LEED Gold Certification. Last year, reps for the project told us that the interior finishes will be designed to evoke old New York. Construction is expected to wrap up in the fall. [BBH; previously]
