PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 2BR/2BA co-op on the Upper East Side
Square Footage: 1,500
Maintenance: $2,665

Located in a full-service co-op building built in the 1960s, this apartment has two bedrooms, plenty of space, and a very large number of closets. There's also a terrace and an in-unit washer/dryer, and a recent renovation has left it with new floors, bathrooms, and kitchen appliances, although the size of the kitchen does leave something to be desired. The smaller bedroom, which appears to have been designed with a child in mind, is a somewhat jarring shade of blue, but that might just be nitpicking. How much is this apartment asking?
