Artsy Huys Project Unveils First Penthouses For $6.75M And Up

New, 3 comments

Dutch-obsessed Park Avenue South condo project Huys (pronounced "house") has hit another milestone in its road to sold-out-ville. Of its six total penthouses, we got a first look at three units, when a pretty site wholly dedicated to them launched this morning. One—the 4BR/4.5BA duplex at #17B that has a roof terrace with an outdoor kitchen, hot tub, and wood-burning fireplace—is already in contract after asking $10.5 million. The other available penthouses are half-floor residences: 15B (three beds, three baths, 2,426 square feet, a "private loggia" off the living room, $6.75M) and 17A (same breakdown, 2,983 square feet, 42-foot-long dining/living room, two private loggias, $9.85M). The developer, Kroonenberg Groep, is Dutch—hence the building's name—is doing pretty well for itself, given that 52 out of 58 apartments are in contract.
