PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!
What/Where: Full-floor 1BR/2BA in a Greenwich Village co-op
Square Footage: 1,300
Maintenance: $2,292
This full-floor apartment in a 19th century Greenwich Village building includes double-height ceilings, tall windows, and two fireplaces, one of which is so ornate that had this place been listed a week ago it would have been a shoo-in for the Best Fireplaces In New York City feature. There is technically only one bedroom (which boasts an en suite bathroom and a small adjoining office) but the upper level is occupied by two "sleeping alcoves" and a catwalk overlooking the living room. A little odd perhaps, but they're probably good for something. Leave your guess for how much this apartment is asking in the comments section.
