There's another warehouse-to-residences conversion in Long Island City, and Brownstoner Queens is on the case. Over at 5-33 48th Avenue, attractive windows that don't completely detract from the red-brick facade have been installed, which marks progress on the slowly evolving project. Eventually, we'll see 36 units and ground-floor retail space. There were once plans for a two-story addition, but there's no sign of upward movement yet. LIC residents, feel free to snap some shots and send them our way if you see any progress. Remember, at Curbed, tipping is always appreciated.
