We have discovered perhaps the only good thing about this frigid, snowy Winter That Never Ends. The cold hinders rodents' ability to reproduce, and it also kills some of 'em. So people are reporting fewer "mice violations" than in past years. A total of 3,171 complaints from multi-family homes (a.k.a. apartment buildings) have been logged since October, according to the Times, which is a couple hundred less than the 3,514 documented during the same time period last year.
