Filmmaker Oliver Stone just put his 2BR/2.5BA condo in 1 Morton Square on the market for $2,999,999 (or did he?). The Journal, which has the exclusive, reports via Stone's broker that the director is looking for a new, larger place with at least 2,000 square feet. The 1 Morton Square pad totals only 1,736 square feet. (At least, that's what they want you to believe. You know who.) Stone originally rented the apartment in 2009 while filming Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps and liked it so much that he paid $1.9 million for it the following year (unless this is all one big government conspiracy, which it probably is).
