'Boutique' Bed-Stuy Building's Three Condos Want $850K-Plus

New, 7 comments

The three units that comprise this "boutique" condo at 246 Quincy Street in Bed-Stuy have hit the market (h/t 'Stoner). With one duplex and two triplexes, the two-bedroom, two-plus bathroom condos are priced from $850,000 for the 1,880-square-foot former residence to $895,000 for the 1,258- and 1,329-square-foot latter apartments. Monthly maintenance fees are reasonable, ranging from $404 to $424. Prior to this makeover, the parcel sat as an empty lot that was acquired by the developer for $250,000 in May of 2012.

All three units have white oak flooring throughout, stainless steel appliances, bountiful windows, washer/dryers, and the holy grail of New York City apartments: central air. The duplex has the added amenity of a private garden, whereas the two triplexes have double-height ceilings with large windows in the living room as well as rooftop access.
