Hello Living's Brooklyn Takeover Includes 44 Flatbush Condos

New, 8 comments

Developer Eli Karp's Hello Living, the Brooklyn-based development group behind Prospect Heights' "urban kibbutz", is at it again. This time, the company's looking to build in Flatbush, as they continue their thrust of development through the neighborhoods east and south of Prospect Park. Now, BuzzBuzzHome reports, the company is saying hello to 2415 Albemarle Road, where they plan on constructing a 12-story, 44-condominium building (warning: PDF!).

In keeping with the Hello Living's past projects, the units will come with outdoor terraces, an open floorplan, and keyed elevators. The apartments will be one- and two-bedrooms ranging from about 630 to 816 square feet. The building will also have a gym and 30 parking spaces. Units will likely be priced between $189,000 and $344,000. Permits have yet to be filed for the new building, so in thinking back on some of Hello Living's other snafus, we're not holding our breath 'til this place is up and running smoothly.
