Mayor Bill de Blasio supported the revitalization of the East 91st Street Marine Transfer Station all the way through his campaign, and now that he's moving into Gracie Mansion, basically right next to the site, it would definitely not make a lot of sense for him to turn around and oppose it. Still, the fight on the Upper East Side continues, and anti-Transfer Station group Pledge 2 Protect is set to release a new report that it says will make de Blasio "hit pause." Can't wait.
