Just one week after the community board overwhelmingly rejected the grassroots proposal to rename the corner of Ludlow and Rivington streets after the Beastie Boys, the idea has sprung back to life. It appears on CB3's March agenda in a do-over of sorts following alleged abuses of power by the board, and will first face the transportation committee before going on to a full vote.
