This Cozy Park Slope 1BR With Fireplace And Loft Wants $515K

New, 9 comments

Welcome back to The Six Digit Club, in which we take a look at a newish-to-market listing priced under $1 million, because nice things sometimes come in small packages. Send nominations to the tipline.

This cute ground-floor Park Slope co-op at 2nd Street and 5th Avenue kind of rules, especially because of its modest ask ($515,000) and low monthly maintenance ($519). The apartment's open kitchen has been recently renovated to include wooden cabinets and stainless steel appliances—and a dishwasher, too. That wood-burning fireplace isn't a shabby amenity either. The apartment also offers a washer/dryer hook-up although we're not quite sure where that would fit. For nook-and-cranny-lovers, the apartment comes with a lofted reading/sleeping/storage area. By the looks of it, the one closet the apartment does offer up is a decent size.
