A crop of new single-family townhouses will soon rise on a parking lot at 295 Hicks Street in the Brooklyn Heights Landmark District, according to plans filed on February 5th. The three townhouses—designed by Nikolai Katz Architect—will be four stories, each with a terrace on the top floor. The developer is an LLC associated with SDS Procida, who bought the property from Catholic Charities in December 2012 for $4.325 million (in cash). SDS Procida is the developer of On Prospect Park, among other properties all over the city. [BBH]
