Another lawsuit settled. This time, a Harlem real estate broker who sued Marcus Samuelsson and Halstead Realty over the 3-percent commission owed on the $2.895 million brownstone the celebrity chef bought in January 2013 has settled out of court for an undisclosed amount. It all happened "amicably," the broker is going to donate some money to charity, Samuelsson has his 4,650-square-foot 5BR townhouse with a zen garden, so everyone's happy. [DNAinfo; previously]
