Sold Stuff

Big time Hollywood screenwriter David Koepp has parted ways with his 19th century townhouse on West 83rd Street. The house, which Koepp listed in December for $9.9 million, went for $9.75 million. The sale hit public records today. The amount that Koepp, who is responsible for the screenplays of such blockbusters as Jurassic Park and Mission: Impossible, paid for the house in 1999 is not publicly know. [ACRIS; previously]
