Glenwood Management tapped Danish designer Thomas Juul-Hansen, who is so hot right now, to craft 15 spacious condos on East 86th Street between Park and Madison avenues. We revealed details about the 19-story, limestone-clad development, including renderings and every floorplan, ahead of schedule, but now the sales launch is official and all that info is on the building's newly fleshed-out official website. Currently available at Sixty East Eighty Sixth, in order from "least" to most expensive: the 3BR/3.5BA 12th-floor apartment for $7,050,000; the 3BR/2.5BA 16th-floor apartment with a small outdoor space for $7,650,000; the 4BR/4.5BA four-floor apartment for $8,750,000; the 4BR/4.5BA seventh-floor apartment for $9,500,000; the 4BR/4.5BA townhouse with 1,131 square feet of outdoor space for $12,450,000; and, finally, the penthouse. It's got four bedrooms, four baths, and two powder rooms, totaling almost 5,000 square feet plus 829 square feet of outdoor space and is asking $20,000,000. Amenities include a 24-hour doorman, a lobby library, a fitness center, a wine cellar, a playroom, dedicated storage, and indoor parking. Construction is expected to finish in 2015.
