A new 14-unit condo building has soft-launched sales near Queens Plaza in Long Island City. Aptsandlofts.com currently has five live listings for the 14-unit building, though all of them come with the disclaimer that "this is not an official offering," as sales won't officially start until April 10, according to a press release. Named the Millstone, after Queens Plaza's historic millstones, the building is a mix of one-bedrooms and two-bedroom duplexes, and pricing ranges from $480,000 for a 561-square-foot 1BR/1BA to $799,000 for a 2BR/2BA with a patio.

George Konnaris of GKA Design created the look of the building, and units feature solid Brazilian teak floors, built-in closets, and double-paned windows. Kitchens have white lacquer and glass cabinets, stainless steel GE appliances, granite countertops, and glass backsplash. The building has a shared rooftop deck, and several units have private balconies or patios. All units come with a washer/dryer.
