The Dermot Company has run into a roadblock in developing its massive 616-unit Riverside Center tower at 21 West End Avenue. Atlantic Development Group owns two buildings adjacent to the site, and Dermot wanted to put its construction crane on part of their property, which was supposedly agreed upon back in 2012. But now the two sides are fighting over whether or not Dermot is allowed to use the site, and a judge has slapped Dermot with a restraining order, halting work until the dispute is resolved.
