Photographer Allen Henson is fighting back. After getting slapped with a lawsuit last year by the Empire State Building for $1.1 million because he shot a bare-breasted woman there, he's suing the ESB back for... for $5 million. Henson says he and model Shelby Carter (pictured) "bought tickets to go to the Empire State Building's observatory, went up there, took a few pictures, and left voluntarily" and engaged in "peaceful, lawful activities."
