The Upper East Side is stuffed with new development plans, and here's the latest from one of our favorites: the Whitney rowhouses-turned-condos have unveiled their complete website. We've gotten glimpses at the oversized apartments at 33 East 74th Street before, and two floorplans since sales launched, but the site reveals some new renderings as well as details about the site's history, its architect (historically sensitive Beyer Blinder Belle) and interior designer (hotel champions Champalimaud), and its amenities (gym, large individual storage units). A tipster helpfully sent along all 10 floorplans even though only two apartments are available now: a 3BR/3.5BA fourth-floor one for $14.75M and 5BR/5BA penthouse 3 for a whopping $32,000,000. And boy, are they large.
