Permits have been filed for a new building at 350 East Houston Street, aka 11 Avenue C. The 41,421-square-foot mixed use development will be replacing a gas station (big surprise) and will have 4,550 square feet dedicated to commercial space with the rest spread out between 45 residential units. Hakimian, who bought the lot for $8 million in 2012 is the developer and Rotwein & Blake Associated Architects is designing. [NY YIMBY; previously]
