Booming Prospect-Lefferts Gardens To Get 170 More Units

The Prospect-Lefferts Gardens boom pushes on as Hudson Companies plans to bring an eight-story, 170-unit building to 1295-1299 Nostrand Avenue at 306-310 Clarkson Avenue. The new development will lay over five lots, coming in at 145,456-square-feet, Buzz Buzz Home reports. The building will have parking for 85 cars, a gym and yoga room, bike storage, a roof terrace, and 8,388-square-feet of ground floor commercial space. The architect of record is Jonathan Kirschenfeld.

The above rendering accompanied the listing for the 36,430-square-foot, $10 million lot, and is more than likely a placeholder image and subject to change under new owner Hudson Companies lead.

The developer is already busy in PLG with their project at 626 Flatbush Avenue that will rise 23 stories and bring 254 new units to a neighborhood that has seen little development in the past decades. By estimation, the neighborhood welcomed about 200 new apartments between 1993 and 2003. Now, the neighborhood is bracing to receive more than 1,000. Prospect-Lefferts Gardens is on the rise—literally.
