The website for the Toll Brothers' Pierhouse at Brooklyn Bridge Park is live, and with it comes more renderings of the insides of the condos. Although we've already seen the development's most impressive unit, these new renderings show off some of the more standard interiors in the 108-unit project. Currently available units range in price from $1.05 million for a 1BR to $3.35 million for a 3BR, but most of them feature 18-foot ceilings in the living rooms, floors made of 600-year-old reclaimed pine, and various eco-friendly amenities such as composters and LED lighting. Even at this early stage, sales have been going well for the Pierhouse as the first dozen units they rolled out were sold almost immediately and the interest list is "several thousand people long."
