CHELSEA— ↑ A tipster sent us this snapshot of 35XV, the 24-story condo tower that's rising at 35 15th Street. A little bit of news from the site: the building is topped off and totally enclosed. The building is designed by FXFOWLE and developed by Alchemy Properties. As of late October, the building was 50-percent sold. UPDATE: A source tells us that the building is now 65-percent sold.[CurbedWire inbox; previously]

BROOKLYN HEIGHTS—The seven units at The Riverview on 183 Columbia Heights are now sold out. The building is comprised of six full-floor three-bedroom apartments and a garden duplex with two private outdoor spaces. The building was acquired by David Mitchell Holdings in April 2012 for $6.6 million. Units sold between $1.9 million and $2.45 million. The building was formerly owned by the Jehovah's Witness and was one of 17 properties recently sold off by the organization. [BBH; previously]
