On the Rental Market

New, 5 comments

The apartment of the late actor Philip Seymour Hoffman has been put on the market for $10,500 per month. It's a 2BR/2BA fourth floor unit at 35 Bethune Street between Washington and Greenwich Streets in the West Village, and it has a wood-burning fireplace, oak floors, and 10-foot high beamed ceilings. Hoffman, who died of a heroin overdose in February in the rental, had only lived in the unit since last fall. [NYP]
