The Lego-Like Building on North 11th Street Has Risen

We described the rendering for this building, when it crossed our path earlier this month, as being "like a Lego tower stacked by a kid who doesn't care very much." Now a tipster has sent along some shots of the scaffolding-shrouded fully-built structure, and the reality doesn't seem to diverge at all from the rendering, which is to say it's kind of ugly but the terraces are still pretty envy-inducing. Developed by 360 Build and designed by Atelier New York Architecture, 201 North 11th Street will have three duplexes taking up the six main floors with a setback penthouse on top.
