Construction on the seven-story rental building at 267 Pacific Street in Cobble Hill began in January 2013, and we finally have a rendering of what the final product will look like. Brownstoner spotted the rendering on the construction fence at the site, located between Smith Street and Boerum Place, and, thankfully, it seems like the actual building will look better than what the rendering shows. Construction is pretty far along, and the facade is a more subdued rust color than the ghastly orange in the image. Developed by Lonicera Partners and Quinlan Development, the building will have 60 rentalsstudios, one- and two-bedroom units, some with terracesand 30 subterranean parking spaces. There will be ground floor retail, a rooftop terrace, and bike storage. No pricing information has been released, but the units should hit the market this spring.
