Well, that was quick. Apparently undeterred by knowing that the late, great actor Philip Seymour Hoffman fatally overdosed in the unit last month, someone's come along and snatched the two-bedroom, two-bathroom 35 Bethune Street apartment from the market. The unit with oak floors, wood burning fireplace, and 10-foot-high beamed ceilings is renting for $10,500/month. Hoffman had only lived in the Pickwick House apartment since the fall.
